In an enjoyable third round tie at a sunny Hamilton GC today Elizabeth Nelson and Marion Arthur defeated Jean Macintyre and Margaret Loughrey at the 19th. Jean chipped in at the 18th and had hoped that that would finish the match but Marion sank a 10 foot putt on a bumpy winter green to half the match.
