Megan won her Semi final 6&4 against Evie McCallum and bt Louisa Hamilton at the 19th in the final.

Lanarkshire Qualifiers for Scottish Women's Matchplay Rounds

 Congratulations to Susan Woodhouse in qualifying tied 6th (3 strokes behind the leader) for the Scottish Women’s match play championship after the 36 hole qualifying at Southerness GC today. She is playing Freya Russell tomorrow in a repeat of last year’s final.

Congratulations also to Susan Wood and Megan Docherty in qualifying for the Clark Rosebowl. Susan will play Evie McCallum and Megan will play Katie McCracken.

We wish them all well.

Very worthy County Champion after excellent standard of Final

 Very many congratulations to Champion Susan Woodhouse and to Runner Up Kirsten Brown. Susan won 4&2 and in these 16 holes was 8 under par. Kirsten also played excellent golf having 2 eagles and 3 birdies to finish on -4 for 16 holes.

It is Susan's 4th Championship Win.

First Round of Matchplay Championship

 The first round of the matchplay Championship teed off this afternoon in a shower of rain which fortunately did not last.

Congratulations Kirsten


 Congratulations to Kirsten Brown , leading qualifier in this year's championship at Hamilton Golf Club with a score of 70(-2). Second qualifier was Susan Woodhouse on 74 followed by Ruth Hunter and Eva O'Connor on 76.

Kirsten also won the Centenary Salver with the best net score of 72 after a count back. Very well done Kirsten.
