First Finalists decided in Winter Foursomes

In a semi final tie at Strathaven Golf Club today Susan Halley and Anne Cameron beat Pauline Warlow and Carol McKinnon 1 up.

All the Quarter Final Ties have now been completed. The semi-final ties are to be completed by 27th January.

Lanarkshire win friendly match v East Lothian

It was a beautiful day for our annual match against ELLCGA at Hamilton GC after the terrible rain yesterday. The course held up well and they all enjoyed their  games although the greens were very inconsistent. The results are as follows

Lanarkshire Girls will participate in Inaugural Kingsbarns Girls Classic

Scottish Golf were delighted to invite each County to nominate two girls to participate in the inaugural 'Kingsbarns Girls Classic', a free to enter development golf event hosted at one of the world's finest venues, on Saturday November 3rd. 

Professional Heather Macrae will host a clinic on the day and the girls will play in a 4ball better ball stableford format. 
The girls representing Lanarkshire are Megan Docherty, Bishopbriggs, and Lindsay Main, Strathaven. 
We wish them well.

May is West Vet's Vice captain

Following the West Vet's AGM at Cowglen GC yesterday May Hughes, Lanark, took over as Vice captain.
