Competition for School and University Students

The University of St Andrews and the University of St Andrews Ladies Golf Club take great pleasure in inviting British School and University girls to compete in our annual University of St Andrews Ladies Invitational (previously known as Scottish School Girls).

As a club going from strength to strength we recognise the need to support young golfers and to highlight both the academic and sporting resources the University of St Andrews offers.

The tournament will take place on 3^rd and 4^th of September 2016 and will be run as a Strokeplay competition for golfers with handicap of 12 and below and Stableford competition for golfers with handicap between 12.1 and 24, ensuring that girls of all standards will be competitive. There will be an entrance fee of £40 which will cover; all green fees, post-match teas on Sunday, a University guided tour and prizes.

We hope that this will be a fun and enlightening trip for all involved.

Please send your completed application form, which can be downloaded below, to standrewsinvitational@gmail.com . All competitors must have an official handicap of 24 and below. Please note that the closing date for entries is Friday the 29^th of July 2016 at 5pm, and the number of players will be limited to 40. All late entries will be considered only under special circumstances.
