I would like to thank East Kilbride Golf Club for the Courtesy of the Course for the Championship, the Lady Captain, Ann Roulston, and all of the staff for looking after us well. The course was in very good condition in spite of the weather conditions over the past week.
It was nice that, because yesterday was a holiday Katy Burden And Bobbi Waugh were able to attend the Championship and to let us know how their mum, President Anne Burden, is getting on. Anne is very bright, enjoying playing games and managing to say a few words. They would like to thank everyone for the cards and letters sent to Anne. She really appreciates getting them.

This is presented for the best net score in both divisions in the qualifying round. As not all competitors were able to complete their round this was decided by taking everyone's net score for 12 holes.
